Creative Beginnings accepts the SC Working Families Child Care Scholarship, formerly known as the ABC Voucher. If you are not sure where to start, call us at 843-215-1234 and we will help.

How To Qualify
- A parent or guardian is working, looking for work, or enrolled in school or a training program
- Gross household income is at or below 85% of the South Carolina median income
- The child is between birth and 12 years old, or up to 19 years old with qualifying special needs
- Care is provided by a provider participating in South Carolina's ABC Quality rating system
Eligibility is determined by the South Carolina Department of Social Services and program rules may change.

How To Qualify
- Active duty service members in any branch, including National Guard and Reserves when activated
- Department of Defense civilians and contractors assigned to qualifying installations
- Families who are unable to access on-base child care due to a waitlist or distance
